Reports are not independent trials
The Ladasten multicenter reports share the same cohort description. The small Bemitil neuromuscular papers may overlap. Bibliography length is not a measure of replicated effectiveness.
A patent is a different source
The occupational hearing comparison is a patent-reported cohort. The Ladasten patent documents a proposed new use of Bromantane. Neither patent status nor publication establishes clinical efficacy.
Keep gaps visible
Dissertation abstracts, indexed abstracts, original text and unlocated documents have explicit labels. Heat, military and emergency-use stories need source-specific verification, not repeated retelling.
